/ Symbiotic supports

“Symbiotic supports” is a work that rethinks our current human centric relationship with local waste wood. It is a series ceramic objects from locally sourced clay that carry wood scraps and facilitate local biodiversity as a symbiosis between manmade objects and naturally occurring local resources. Placed in the urban landscape they form barricades agains mowing to support the growth of naturally occurring flowers and herbs.

This project was made possible by the help of Staatsbosbeheer and Eindhoven foodforrest.
